Sunny Paris flat heart of 11ème

Positive: Perfect stay, highly recommended! I highly recommend this apartment. It was absolutely clean, modern, and everything functioned perfectly. The location is beautiful and offers excellent connectivity, as it is very close to the metro and public transport lines. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, including a grocery store, fresh bakeries, and amazing restaurants. Thank you for a great experience!

Small toilet Positive: The stay is not far from the center of Paris and its main attractions. There are also markets, bakeries, and fast food places nearby, which was very convenient. Negative: The toilet is extremely small and uncomfortable to use because there is not enough space. The sofa bed, which is supposed to be for two people, is too narrow and uncomfortable for sleeping. In practice, one person ends up taking most of the space, so it would be much better to replace it with a wider and more comfortable sofa bed. Also, only one blanket was provided for the two people sleeping on the sofa, so there should be two separate blankets for better comfort.

Book here only if you get a very cheap price. Positive: It was very calm and well situated close to the Gare de Lyon. Negative: As others have noted, the toilet/shower alcove is extremely small. If you are a tall person, do not book here- you won’t be able to use the toilet. There is absolutely no place to hang your clothes and there has been absolutely no effort to make the place attractive- absolutely bare white walls without a touch of colour.

Nullllllllllllll Positive: Rien du tout Negative: Je n’ai rien aimé du tout , c’est une cellule de prison , il n y a même pas de télévision, la salle de bain fait à peine 7m2 , pour rentrer dans la douche c’est compliqué parce la porte est coller à celle des toilettes. Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout, à fuir

Negative: WC, douche, handwasbak en gootsteen zijn aangesloten op 1 en hetzelfde dunne afvoerbuisje via een sanitaire breker van slechte kwaliteit. Dat ding is dan defect geraakt en dus geen WC, douche of keuken. Gezellig was dat!!!!!
